Possible Causes
Missing or broken side brush, Worn or bent bristles, Side brush spinning too slowly, Side brush not installed correctly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before handling the side brush.
Steps to try:
- 1. Confirm side brush presence: Ensure a side brush is installed and not broken off.
- 2. Inspect bristles: If bristles are bent backward or worn short, replace the side brush with a new Gorenje‑compatible one.
- 3. Check rotation: Run the robot and observe the side brush. It should spin at a steady speed. If it barely moves, the motor may be weak.
- 4. Clean around shaft: Remove the brush and clear hair from the shaft to reduce drag.
- 5. Replace side brush motor if needed: If the motor cannot maintain speed, replace the side brush motor module.
