Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning sensors.
Steps to try:
- 1. Clean all sensors: Wipe LiDAR turret windows, front camera (if present), and IR sensors with a soft, dry cloth.
- 2. Improve lighting: Ensure the room has adequate ambient light if your Gorenje model uses a camera for navigation.
- 3. Remove reflective obstacles: Temporarily remove mirrors or highly reflective objects at floor level that may confuse sensors.
- 4. Reset navigation: Use the app to reset the map and run a full cleaning cycle from the dock.
- 5. Firmware update: Check for navigation firmware updates via the Gorenje app.
