Possible Causes
Defective current sensing circuit on main PCB, Shorted main brush motor, Damaged motor driver IC, Wiring short in brush harness
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.
- Verify brushes are free: Remove and thoroughly clean the main and side brushes, then test again.
- Inspect wiring: If comfortable, remove the bottom cover and check the brush motor harness for pinched or damaged wires.
- Smell for burning: A burnt smell near the brush motor indicates a shorted motor that must be replaced.
- Component replacement: If brushes and wiring are fine but E19 persists, replace the main brush motor assembly first. If the error remains, the main control PCB (motor driver) is likely faulty and requires replacement by a technician.
