• Inspect wheels: Check drive wheels and caster wheel for embedded grit or sharp edges. Clean thoroughly and replace if the rubber is worn through.
• Check underside plastic: Look for cracked or sharp plastic edges that could drag on the floor. Smooth minor burrs with fine sandpaper.
• Clean brushes: Remove any hard debris (stones, glass) from the main and side brushes.
• Test in small area: After cleaning, test the robot in an inconspicuous area to confirm no further marking.
