How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Avoid turning the robot upside down while it is powered ON.
- Test on flat floor: Place the robot on a level surface and start cleaning. Observe if it shuts off without being lifted.
- Clean cliff sensors: Wipe the underside cliff sensors, as they are often used for lift detection.
- Firmware update/reset: Update firmware via the app and perform a factory reset if the issue persists.
- If the robot still shuts off when slightly tilted: The lift/cliff sensor array or IMU may be faulty. Have the cliff sensor array or IMU board inspected and replaced by a technician.
