Possible Causes
Loose battery connector, Failing battery pack, Overheating main PCB, Firmware instability
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.
- Check battery connection: Remove the battery cover and ensure the connector is tight and not moving when the robot is shaken gently.
- Inspect for heat: After a reboot, feel the underside and top of the robot. Excessive heat suggests overheating electronics.
- Clean vents: Ensure any ventilation slots are not blocked by dust.
- Firmware update/reset: Update firmware and perform a factory reset.
- If reboots continue: Replace the battery pack. If that does not help, the main control PCB is likely failing and should be replaced.
