How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank before inspection.

  • 1. Fill tank: Ensure the water tank is filled to the recommended level and properly capped.
  • 2. Clean outlets: Inspect the tank outlet and any nozzles for mineral buildup or debris. Clean with a soft brush.
  • 3. Reseat tank: Reinstall the tank firmly until it clicks.
  • 4. Prime pump: Start a mopping cycle and let the robot run for several minutes. Sometimes the pump needs time to prime.
  • 5. Replace tank/pump: If no water is dispensed, replace the iHome water tank assembly with integrated pump.
