Possible Causes
Both drive wheel motors disconnected, Drive wheel harness unplugged, Main board motor driver failure, Child lock or pause mode active
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock before opening the housing.
- 1. Check settings: Ensure the robot is not in a paused state or child lock mode via the app or buttons.
- 2. Inspect wheels: Turn the robot over and verify that both drive wheels move freely and are not jammed.
- 3. Internal wiring check (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and inspect the drive wheel motor harnesses. Ensure both left and right wheel connectors are firmly seated on the main PCB.
- 4. Visual board inspection: Look for burnt components near the motor driver area on the main board.
- 5. Replace components: If wiring is intact and the robot still will not drive, replace the drive wheel modules if they test open, or the main control board if the motor driver is faulty.
