Robot vacuum vibrates excessively and makes thumping noises on hard floors.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before handling moving parts.

• 1. Clean main brush: Remove the main brush and thoroughly clean hair and debris from the entire length and ends.
• 2. Inspect side brush: Check if the side brush is bent or has debris on one arm. Clean or replace the iHome side brush if needed.
• 3. Check wheel treads: Remove stones or debris embedded in the drive wheel treads.
• 4. Tighten covers: Ensure the main brush cover and bottom plate screws are tight.
• 5. Test on flat surface: Run the robot on a smooth floor and observe if vibration is reduced.
