Robot vacuum's front caster wheel does not swivel freely, causing dragging or scuffing on the floor.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before removing the caster wheel.

• 1. Remove caster: Pull the front caster wheel straight up to remove it from its socket (on most models).
• 2. Clean axle: Remove hair and debris from the caster axle and the socket using tweezers and a cloth.
• 3. Check rotation: Spin the caster wheel by hand. If it feels rough or sticks, replace it with a new iHome caster wheel assembly.
• 4. Reinstall: Push the caster back into the socket until it clicks.
