Possible Causes

Battery deeply discharged from long inactivity, Battery pack aged and lost capacity, Battery connector loose inside robot, Faulty battery protection PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Use only the original ILIFE charger and dock. Do not attempt to jump‑start the battery with other power sources.

Step-by-step:

  • Check dock and adapter: Confirm the dock has power and the adapter is warm after 10–15 minutes of being plugged in.
  • Charge for extended time: Place the robot on the dock and leave it charging for at least 4–6 hours, even if no lights appear initially.
  • Power reset: After extended charging, turn the main switch OFF and ON, then try to start a cleaning cycle.
  • Inspect battery (advanced): If comfortable, remove the bottom cover to access the battery pack. Ensure the battery connector is firmly seated on the main board.

If E15 persists after long charging: The battery pack is likely defective and must be replaced with a compatible ILIFE battery of the same voltage and capacity. Dispose of the old pack according to local regulations.
