How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before changing any accessories (dustbin, water tank, mop bracket).
Step-by-step:
- Remove all accessories: Take out the dustbin or water tank and any mop bracket.
- Power cycle: Turn the main switch OFF for 30 seconds, then ON.
- Install correct accessory: For vacuum mode, install the dustbin only. For mop mode, install the water tank and mop bracket as specified in the manual.
- Ensure full insertion: Push the accessory in until it clicks and sits flush with the body.
- Select mode again: Use the remote or app (if supported) to select the appropriate mode and start cleaning.
If E16 remains: The internal mode detection switch or sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
