- Check Wi‑Fi band: ILIFE robots typically support 2.4 GHz only. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz network during setup.
- Move dock closer to router: Temporarily place the dock within 3–5 m (10–15 ft) of your router and dock the robot.
- Reset Wi‑Fi on robot: Follow the manual to enter Wi‑Fi pairing mode (often by holding a specific button until a tone or indicator flashes).
- Re‑add in app: Use the ILIFE or supported app to add the robot again, entering the correct Wi‑Fi password.
- Restart router: If connection fails, reboot your router and try again.
If E19 persists and the robot never enters pairing mode: The Wi‑Fi module or antenna inside the robot may be defective and require replacement.
