How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging dock before handling the robot. Do not open the battery pack itself.
Step-by-step:
- Check main power switch: Ensure the side or bottom power switch is in the ON position. Toggle it OFF and ON once.
- Try direct charging: Place the robot on the dock and leave it for at least 1–2 hours. Look for any sign of life (LEDs, sounds).
- Test outlet and adapter: Plug another device into the same outlet. Confirm the dock's adapter LED (if present) is lit.
- Inspect battery connection (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and verify the battery connector is firmly plugged into the main board. Do not short any terminals.
If the robot remains completely dead: The battery pack or main control board is likely defective. Replace the battery first; if still no response, main board replacement or professional diagnosis is required.
