Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

Step-by-step:

• Inspect main brush: Check if bristles are worn down, bent, or missing. Replace the brush if it looks flattened.
• Check side brush: Ensure the side brush is installed, not missing, and bristles are not deformed. Replace if necessary.
• Empty dustbin: A full bin reduces suction; empty it and clean the filter.
• Check wheel wear: Excessively worn wheels can change brush contact with the floor. Inspect tires for flat spots and replace wheel assemblies if needed.
• Test on different surfaces: Run the robot on both hard floor and carpet to confirm improvement.

If pickup remains poor after replacing brushes and cleaning, the suction motor or internal seals may be compromised and require service.
