How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dustbin.
- 1. Check and clean filter:
- Remove the HEPA or primary filter from the dustbin.
- Tap gently to remove dust or wash if the filter is labeled washable; allow to dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
- 2. Clear suction path:
- Inspect the suction inlet on the robot and the dustbin outlet for clogs.
- Use a small brush or compressed air (lightly) to clear debris.
- 3. Test suction:
- Reinstall the bin and filter.
- Turn ON the robot and start cleaning; listen for the fan motor.
- 4. Advanced inspection:
- If there is no fan sound, remove the bottom cover and locate the fan motor assembly.
- Check that its connector is firmly attached to the main board.
- 5. Replace if needed:
- If the fan is noisy, smells burnt, or does not spin when powered, replace the fan/suction motor module.
