Robot vacuum displays E17 and stops; occurs mainly on mopping-capable Kyvol models when water tank is attached.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and keep water away from electrical connectors.

• 1. Remove and reseat water tank:
  • Detach the water tank/mopping module.
  • Check for cracks or leaks and ensure the rubber seals are intact.
  • Reattach firmly until it clicks.
• 2. Clean contacts:
  • Wipe the electrical contacts on both the robot and the water tank with a dry cloth.
• 3. Check water level:
  • Fill the tank to the recommended level; do not overfill.
• 4. Test mopping mode:
  • Turn ON the robot and start a mopping cycle.
• 5. If E17 persists:
  • The water level sensor or pump in the tank may be defective; replace the water tank/mopping module.
