Water Tank / Mopping Module Error
Robot vacuum displays E17 and stops; occurs mainly on mopping-capable Kyvol models when water tank is attached.

Water tank not fully inserted, Water level sensor fault, Mopping module electrical contacts dirty, Pump or valve failure in water tank
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and keep water away from electrical connectors.
- 1. Remove and reseat water tank:
- Detach the water tank/mopping module.
- Check for cracks or leaks and ensure the rubber seals are intact.
- Reattach firmly until it clicks.
- 2. Clean contacts:
- Wipe the electrical contacts on both the robot and the water tank with a dry cloth.
- 3. Check water level:
- Fill the tank to the recommended level; do not overfill.
- 4. Test mopping mode:
- Turn ON the robot and start a mopping cycle.
- 5. If E17 persists:
- The water level sensor or pump in the tank may be defective; replace the water tank/mopping module.
