How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect from dock and turn OFF before opening the housing.
- 1. Power cycle:
- Turn OFF the robot, wait 1 minute, then turn it ON.
- Try a factory reset via the app or button sequence (see Kyvol manual).
- 2. Inspect for liquid damage:
- Open the top/bottom cover to access the main board.
- Look for signs of moisture, corrosion, or burnt components.
- 3. Reseat connectors:
- Gently unplug and replug the main harness connectors (battery, motors, sensors) one at a time.
- 4. Firmware update:
- If the robot can still connect to the app, check for and apply firmware updates.
- 5. Board replacement:
- If E19 persists and there is visible damage or repeated random reboots, replace the main control board or seek professional repair.
