How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not power off the robot during any firmware update.
- 1. Soft reset:
- Turn OFF the robot, wait 30 seconds, then turn it ON.

- Use the Kyvol app or button combination to perform a factory reset (refer to your model’s manual).
- 3. Reinstall firmware:
- Connect the robot to the app and check for firmware updates.
- If an update is available, apply it and keep the robot on the dock with stable Wi‑Fi until completion.
- 4. If E20 persists:
- The memory chip or main board may be defective; main board replacement is typically required.
