How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and place it upside down.
- 1. Inspect the right wheel:
- Spin the right drive wheel by hand; it should move smoothly.
- Remove hair, threads, or debris from the axle and wheel cavity.
- 2. Check suspension:
- Press the wheel up and down; it should spring back freely.
- 3. Reset and test:
- Power the robot ON and start a cleaning cycle.
- If it quickly shows E5 or spins in place, the right wheel motor/encoder may be defective.
- 4. Internal check (advanced):
- Remove the bottom cover and locate the right wheel module.
- Verify the wiring harness is fully seated on the main board and not pinched or damaged.
- 5. Replace if needed:
- Install a new right wheel motor assembly if the wheel is noisy, seized, or unresponsive.
