How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

  • 1. Remove side brushes:

    • Rotate the posts by hand; they should turn without grinding.

    • Turn the robot ON and start a cleaning cycle; observe if the brushes spin.
  • 4. Advanced check:
    • If one side does not spin, remove the bottom cover and inspect the side brush motor wiring harness.
    • Ensure the connector is secure on the main board.
  • 5. Replace if needed:
    • If the motor is noisy, hot, or does not turn even when powered, replace the affected side brush motor module.
