How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before removing the dustbin.
- 1. Reseat the dustbin:
- Remove the dustbin completely.
- Empty it and clean the filter according to Kyvol instructions (tap gently or wash if washable, then dry fully).
- Reinsert the dustbin firmly until it clicks.
- 2. Check bin sensor:
- Look for a small switch or optical sensor where the dustbin slides in.
- Clean the area with a dry cloth to remove dust buildup.
- 3. Clear airflow path:
- Inspect the suction inlet and internal channels for clogs.
- Remove any compacted dust or debris.
- 4. Test:
- Power ON and start cleaning; ensure the bin is recognized and E9 clears.
- 5. If unresolved:
- The dustbin sensor or main board input may be faulty; replacement of the sensor or main board may be required.
