How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not open the robot while it is connected to the dock.
- 1. Check power switch:
- Locate the main power switch and ensure it is in the ON position.
- 2. Force charge:
- Place the robot on the dock and verify the dock LED is on.
- Leave it on the dock for at least 6 hours, even if no lights appear initially.
- 3. Try another outlet/adapter:
- Test the dock on a different outlet.
- If possible, try a known-good Kyvol adapter.
- 4. Inspect battery (advanced):
- Open the battery compartment and ensure the connector is secure.
- If the battery is swollen or smells burnt, replace it immediately.
