Robot vacuum frequently gets stuck on rugs, thresholds, or cables and cannot free itself.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it from obstacles.

• 1. Prepare environment:
  • Remove or tape down loose cables.
  • Fold or remove very thick rugs during cleaning.
• 2. Check wheels:
  • Inspect drive wheels for wear or damage.
  • Ensure they move up and down freely.
• 3. Use boundary tools:
  • If your Kyvol model supports magnetic strips or virtual walls, place them around problem areas.
• 4. Test on different surfaces:
  • Run the robot on hard floors to confirm it moves normally.
• 5. If it still struggles on minor thresholds:
  • Wheel motors or springs may be weak; consider replacing the drive wheel assemblies.
