Robot vacuum is very loud during operation, with grinding or rattling noises from the bottom.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over before inspection.

• 1. Service main brush:
  • Remove the main brush and clean all hair and debris from bristles and ends.
  • Remove end caps (if present) and clean bearings; replace worn caps.
• 2. Check side brushes:
  • Remove side brushes and clear any hair from shafts.
• 3. Inspect wheels:
  • Spin each drive wheel by hand; listen for grinding.
  • Remove debris from wheel wells.
• 4. Test run:
  • Reassemble and run the robot on a hard floor to identify the noise source.
• 5. Replace worn parts:
  • If noise persists from a specific component, replace the main brush, side brush, or wheel assembly as needed.
