- Remove side brushes and clear any hair from shafts.
- 3. Inspect wheels:
- Spin each drive wheel by hand; listen for grinding.
- Remove debris from wheel wells.
- 4. Test run:
- Reassemble and run the robot on a hard floor to identify the noise source.
- 5. Replace worn parts:
- If noise persists from a specific component, replace the main brush, side brush, or wheel assembly as needed.
