How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning filters.
- 1. Empty dustbin:
- Remove and empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle.
- 2. Clean or replace filter:
- Remove the HEPA/primary filter and tap gently to remove dust.
- If washable, rinse with water and dry completely before reinstalling.
- Replace the filter if it is deformed or very dirty.
- 3. Clear suction path:
- Inspect the suction inlet and internal channels for clogs.
- Remove any compacted dust or foreign objects.
- 4. Check brush height:
- Ensure the main brush is installed correctly and the brush guard is fully closed so the brush contacts the floor properly.
- 5. If suction remains weak:
- The fan motor may be worn or partially blocked; consider professional cleaning or fan motor replacement.
