Robot vacuum leaves visible dust and debris on the floor and has weak suction.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot before cleaning filters.

• 1. Empty dustbin:
  • Remove and empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle.
• 2. Clean or replace filter:
  • Remove the HEPA/primary filter and tap gently to remove dust.
  • If washable, rinse with water and dry completely before reinstalling.
  • Replace the filter if it is deformed or very dirty.
• 3. Clear suction path:
  • Inspect the suction inlet and internal channels for clogs.
  • Remove any compacted dust or foreign objects.
• 4. Check brush height:
  • Ensure the main brush is installed correctly and the brush guard is fully closed so the brush contacts the floor properly.
• 5. If suction remains weak:
  • The fan motor may be worn or partially blocked; consider professional cleaning or fan motor replacement.
