How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock before opening.
- 1. Check battery connection:
- Open the battery compartment and ensure the connector is tight.
- 2. Inspect wiring:
- Look for pinched or damaged wires near the battery and main board.
- 3. Test with full charge:
- Fully charge the robot, then run it and observe if reboots correlate with bumps or vibrations.

- If the battery is old or swollen, replace it with a new Kyvol-compatible pack.
- 5. If issue persists:
- The main board may have a cracked solder joint or failing component; board replacement is recommended.
