Robot vacuum smells musty or unpleasant during operation, especially when mopping.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove all washable components before cleaning.

• 1. Clean dustbin:
  • Empty and wash the dustbin with mild soap and water if allowed by the manual.
  • Dry completely before reinstalling.
• 2. Replace filter:
  • Install a new HEPA or primary filter if the old one smells or is stained.
• 3. Wash mop pad:
  • Remove and thoroughly wash the mop cloth; dry fully.
• 4. Rinse water tank:
  • Empty and rinse the water tank; let it dry with the cap open.
• 5. Prevent recurrence:
  • Do not store the robot with a wet mop pad or full dustbin.
