How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove all washable components before cleaning.
- 1. Clean dustbin:
- Empty and wash the dustbin with mild soap and water if allowed by the manual.
- Dry completely before reinstalling.
- 2. Replace filter:
- Install a new HEPA or primary filter if the old one smells or is stained.
- 3. Wash mop pad:
- Remove and thoroughly wash the mop cloth; dry fully.
- 4. Rinse water tank:
- Empty and rinse the water tank; let it dry with the cap open.
- 5. Prevent recurrence:
- Do not store the robot with a wet mop pad or full dustbin.
