Robot vacuum’s front caster wheel does not rotate freely, causing drag or squeaking.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

• 1. Remove caster wheel:
  • Pull the front caster straight up to remove it from its socket.
• 2. Clean thoroughly:
  • Remove hair and debris from the caster axle and socket.
  • Wipe with a dry cloth.
• 3. Check rotation:
  • Spin the caster; it should rotate freely without noise.
• 4. Reinstall:
  • Push the caster back into its socket until it clicks.
• 5. Replace if needed:
  • If the caster still binds or squeaks, replace the front caster wheel assembly.
