How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before opening the housing.
- 1. Check volume settings:
- Open the Kyvol app and ensure volume is not muted or set to minimum.
- 2. Power cycle:
- Turn the robot OFF and ON to see if audio returns.
- 3. Inspect speaker (advanced):
- Open the top cover to access the speaker.
- Verify the speaker wires and connector are secure.
- 4. Test speaker:
- Gently press around the speaker cone; if it rattles or is torn, replace it.
- 5. If still no sound:
- The audio amplifier on the main board may be faulty; main board replacement is required if audio is essential.
