Possible Causes
Wi‑Fi module firmware glitch, Antenna cable disconnected, Router incompatibility or 5 GHz only, Main board communication bus fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the robot is on and has sufficient battery.
- Check network: Confirm your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network (Laresar robots typically do not support 5 GHz only).
- Reset Wi‑Fi: Use the Wi‑Fi reset procedure (often long-pressing the power or home button until you hear a prompt). Follow the Laresar app instructions to re-pair.
- Move closer to router: Place the robot and dock within a few meters of the router during setup.
- Power cycle: Restart both the robot and your router.
- If E14 persists: The internal Wi‑Fi module or antenna connection may be faulty and require main board or module replacement.
