How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the robot.
- Clean front sensors: Wipe the front-facing sensor windows with a soft, dry cloth.
- Check for damage: Inspect the plastic lens area for cracks or deep scratches that could distort the IR beam.
- Test in open area: Place the robot in a clear space and start cleaning. Observe if it stops with E15 even without obstacles.
- If E15 occurs with no obstacles: The front IR sensor board may be misaligned or defective and should be replaced.
