Possible Causes

Water tank empty, Water pump clogged with scale, Pump motor failure, Kinked silicone hose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank and mop pad.

  • Refill tank: Fill the water tank with clean water only (no chemicals unless approved by Laresar).
  • Check outlet holes: Inspect the water outlet on the tank and the mop plate for clogs. Clear any debris with a pin or soft brush.
  • Prime pump: Reinstall the tank and start a mopping cycle. Let the robot run for a few minutes to allow water to reach the pad.
  • Inspect hoses (if accessible): On some models, you can see the silicone hose from tank to pump. Ensure it is not pinched or kinked.
  • If no water flow and E17 persists: The internal water pump may be defective and needs replacement.
