How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not attempt to open the battery pack. Avoid shorting the terminals.
- Dock charging: Place the robot firmly on the charging dock, ensuring the charging pins align. Allow it to charge uninterrupted for at least 4–6 hours.
- Check power indicator: Confirm that the charging indicator on the robot or dock is lit.
- Try a reset: After charging, power cycle the robot and attempt a short cleaning run.
- Inspect battery connection: If comfortable opening the unit, remove the bottom cover (after powering off) and verify the battery connector is fully seated in the main board.
- If E9 remains or runtime is very short: The battery pack is likely worn out and should be replaced with a compatible Laresar battery.
