How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank.
- Refill tank: Fill with clean water and ensure the cap is closed properly.
- Clear outlet: Use a pin or toothpick to gently clear any blockage in the tank outlet holes.
- Prime system: Reinstall the tank and start a mopping cycle, allowing several minutes for water to reach the pad.
- Check for pump sound: Listen for a faint buzzing from the pump when mopping is active. If silent, the pump may be faulty.
