How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect the dock from mains before working on the robot.
- Check dock and outlet: Verify the dock has power and the outlet works by testing with another device.
- Manual wake: Place the robot on the dock and leave it for at least 30 minutes, then press and hold the power button for 5–10 seconds.
- Inspect battery connection: If comfortable, remove the bottom cover and ensure the battery connector is firmly plugged into the main board.
