How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off the robot and remove the mop module.
- Use correct pad: Ensure you are using a genuine or compatible Laresar mop pad of the correct thickness.
- Wring pad: If pre-wetting the pad, wring it out so it is damp, not dripping.
- Inspect mop plate: Check that the mop plate is not warped and is securely attached.
