Safety: Turn off the robot and remove the mop module.

• Use correct pad: Ensure you are using a genuine or compatible Laresar mop pad of the correct thickness.
• Wring pad: If pre-wetting the pad, wring it out so it is damp, not dripping.
• Inspect mop plate: Check that the mop plate is not warped and is securely attached.
• Adjust water level: Reduce water output in the app if available.
