Possible Causes
Wi‑Fi module firmware glitch, Antenna cable disconnected, Router incompatibility or wrong frequency, Mainboard communication bus fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Network troubleshooting does not require opening the robot.
- Step 1 – Reset Wi‑Fi: Press and hold the Wi‑Fi or power button (check manual for your Lefant model) until you hear a reset prompt. The Wi‑Fi indicator should start blinking.
- Step 2 – Check router settings: Ensure your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz network (most Lefant robots do not support 5 GHz). Disable AP isolation and MAC filtering temporarily.
- Step 3 – Re-add device in app: Open the Lefant app, choose “Add Device,” and follow the pairing instructions. Enter the correct Wi‑Fi password.
- Step 4 – Move closer to router: Place the robot and dock within a few meters of the router during setup.
- If E15 persists: The internal Wi‑Fi module or antenna connection may be faulty. This requires opening the robot and potentially replacing the mainboard or Wi‑Fi daughterboard.
