Possible Causes

Battery cells degraded, Poor contact at battery connector, Faulty battery BMS (protection board), Charging dock not supplying full voltage

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove from dock before opening the battery compartment.

  • Step 1 – Verify dock output: Ensure the dock LED is on. If you have a multimeter and experience, measure the dock output to confirm it matches the rated voltage.
  • Step 2 – Inspect battery connection: Open the battery compartment and check that the battery connector is fully seated and not corroded.
  • Step 3 – Full recharge: Reinstall the battery, place the robot on the dock, and charge for at least 6 hours without interruption.
  • Step 4 – Short test run: Start a cleaning cycle. If the robot quickly shuts down and shows E19, the battery capacity is likely too low.
  • Repair: Replace the battery pack with a new Lefant-compatible pack. If the issue persists with a new battery, the mainboard’s power regulation may be faulty.
