Possible Causes

Water tank empty, Flow control valve clogged with mineral deposits, Airlock in tank, Electronic water pump failure (on pump-equipped models)

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank before inspection.

  • Step 1 – Fill tank correctly: Fill the tank with clean water up to the indicated level. Ensure the cap is closed securely.
  • Step 2 – Clear clogs: Shake the tank gently and tap it to dislodge any mineral deposits. If the outlet is visible, use a soft brush to clean it.
  • Step 3 – Prime the system: Install the tank and start mopping mode. Allow a few minutes for water to reach the pad. Some models take time to saturate the mop.
  • Step 4 – Pump-equipped models: If your Lefant model uses an electronic pump, listen for pump operation. If silent, the pump or its wiring may be faulty and require replacement.
