Robot vacuum does not return to the charging dock at the end of cleaning and stops in random locations.

Safety: Keep the dock plugged into a safe outlet away from water.

• Step 1 – Reposition dock: Place the dock against a wall with clear space around it (at least 0.5 m on each side and 1.5 m in front). Avoid tight corners and under furniture.
• Step 2 – Clean IR windows: Wipe the IR windows on both dock and robot with a dry cloth.
• Step 3 – Reset map (if mapping model): Delete the current map and let the robot remap the home, ensuring the dock remains in a fixed, open location.
• Step 4 – Observe behavior: Start a cleaning cycle and watch the robot attempt to return home. If it approaches but fails to dock precisely, check for uneven floors or obstacles near the dock.
