Robot vacuum frequently reports that the dustbin is full or missing, even when it is empty and properly installed.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot before removing the dustbin.

• Step 1 – Clean dustbin and bay: Thoroughly clean the dustbin, including any transparent windows or tabs used for sensing. Wipe the inside of the dustbin bay.
• Step 2 – Inspect sensor components: Look for small magnets or tabs on the dustbin and corresponding sensors inside the robot. Ensure they are intact and not loose.
• Step 3 – Reseat dustbin: Insert the dustbin firmly until it clicks. Wiggle gently to ensure a snug fit.
• Step 4 – Test: Power ON and start cleaning. If the message reappears, the sensor or dustbin may need replacement.
