Possible Causes
Dustbin full, Filters clogged, Air leak around dustbin seal, Fan motor partially blocked or failing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before removing the dustbin.
- Step 1 – Empty dustbin: Remove and empty the dustbin completely.
- Step 2 – Clean or replace filters: Tap out dust from the primary and HEPA filters. Replace if they are heavily soiled or older than recommended.
- Step 3 – Check seals and gaskets: Inspect the rubber gasket around the dustbin outlet and the suction inlet on the robot. Ensure they are not deformed or missing.
- Step 4 – Inspect suction path: Look for clogs in the suction channel between the brush and dustbin. Remove any blockages.
- Step 5 – Test suction: With the robot running, feel for airflow at the exhaust. If airflow is still weak, the fan motor may be failing and require replacement.
