Robot vacuum leaves wet streaks or puddles when mopping, or water continues to drip when docked.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank immediately to prevent water from entering the electronics.

• Step 1 – Inspect tank exterior: Check for visible cracks or leaks by filling the tank over a sink and observing for drips.
• Step 2 – Check gaskets and valves: Inspect rubber seals around the outlet and any flow control valves. Replace the tank if seals are damaged or missing.
• Step 3 – Mop pad installation: Ensure the mop pad is properly attached and not folded or bunched, which can cause uneven water distribution.
• Step 4 – Storage: Remove the water tank when the robot is not in use or charging to prevent long-term dripping.
• Repair: Replace the water tank assembly if it continues to leak or over-dispense water.
