How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal access is needed for initial checks.
- Step 1 – Check app settings: Open the Lefant app and ensure no child lock or do-not-disturb mode is active. Try starting cleaning from the app instead of the physical button.
- Step 2 – Reboot robot: Turn the main power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then ON. Try the Start button again.
- Step 3 – Test other buttons: Check if other buttons (Home, Spot) respond. If none respond, the top control panel or its cable may be disconnected.
- Step 4 – Factory reset: Perform a factory reset according to the user manual or app instructions.
- Advanced: If only the Start button fails, the button membrane or PCB may be worn and require replacement.
