How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot before working on the caster wheel.
- Step 1 – Remove caster wheel: Pull the front caster wheel straight up from its socket. On some models, you may need to pry gently with a flat tool.
- Step 2 – Clean axle: Remove hair and debris from the axle and inside the socket using tweezers and a dry cloth.
- Step 3 – Check rotation: Spin the wheel by hand. If it feels rough or sticks, replace the caster wheel assembly.
