Safety first: Turn off the robot before inspecting wheels and suspension.

• 1. Inspect wheels: Check the tread on the drive wheels. If the rubber is worn smooth or cracked, replace the wheel modules.
• 2. Test suspension: Press each wheel upward; it should move and spring back. If a wheel does not travel or feels weak, the suspension may be damaged.
• 3. Adjust environment: Use threshold ramps or remove/secure loose rugs that the robot consistently gets stuck on.
• 4. Use no-go zones (if supported): In the LG app, set virtual boundaries around problem areas to prevent the robot from entering.
