How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Power off the robot and remove the dustbin before cleaning.
- 1. Empty and clean dustbin: Remove the bin, empty it, and wipe the interior with a dry cloth. Check the bin inlet and outlet for clogs.
- 2. Service filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Replace the HEPA filter if it is discolored, damaged, or older than the recommended interval.
- 3. Clear suction path: Look through the suction channel from the brush area to the bin. Use a flexible brush or another vacuum to remove any lodged debris.
- 4. Check bin seals: Inspect the rubber gaskets around the bin and suction port. If they are torn or deformed, replace the dustbin or gasket to restore proper sealing.
- 5. Test performance: Reassemble and run the robot on a small test area with visible crumbs to confirm improved pickup.
