LG
Height / Clearance Misjudgment
Robot vacuum occasionally fails to detect low furniture and gets wedged underneath.

Possible Causes
Top sensors not detecting overhangs, Furniture height close to robot height, Soft furniture skirts, Sensor blind spots
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot before freeing it from tight spaces.
- 1. Measure clearance: Compare the robot's height to the lowest point of your furniture. If the gap is only slightly higher, the robot may still attempt to go under and get stuck.
- 2. Block access: Use physical barriers or no-go zones in the LG app to prevent the robot from entering under-problem furniture.
- 3. Add bumpers: Some users add low-profile foam strips to the top of the robot to reduce its ability to enter very low spaces; do this only if it does not block sensors or vents.
