Robot vacuum repeatedly cleans the same small area and does not progress through the rest of the room.

Safety first: Turn off the robot before cleaning sensors.

• 1. Clean all sensors: Wipe the front IR sensors, side sensors, top camera (if present), and cliff sensors with a soft cloth.
• 2. Remove reflective obstacles: Temporarily remove mirrors, glass panels, or highly reflective objects near the problem area.
• 3. Reset map: In the LG app, delete the existing map and start a new full cleaning run to rebuild navigation data.
• 4. Reboot and recalibrate: Perform a sensor calibration or factory reset if available in the settings.
